Returns and exchanges for online orders can only be processed in-store. To return or exchange an item, simply bring your online order receipt and the item(s) in their original condition to one of our physical store locations (Clothing Items can only be returned to a Shoes & Clothing Rage Store). Our team will be happy to assist you with the return or exchange.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY DURING PEAK SALES EVENTS
Due to high demand during events like Black Friday and other promotional sales, please be aware that processing and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual. We’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but kindly allow some extra time for packing and delivery.
