Delivery takes 3-7 business days. While we strive to ship your order quickly, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Remote and outlying areas may take an additional 1-3 days depending on location and delivery schedules.

Collection [Pargo Pick-up Points]:

Parcels are available for collection for 8 days, with SMS and email notifications sent.

If not collected within 8 days, parcels will be returned to the sender, and a return fee will apply.

Due to high demand during events such as Black Friday and other promotional sales, please be aware that processing and shipping times will be longer than usual.

Returns and exchanges for online orders can only be processed in-store

To return or exchange an item, simply bring your online order receipt and the item(s) in their original condition to one of our physical store locations.[Note: Clothing Items can only be returned to a Rage Shoe & Clothing Store]

The transaction number provided in the SMS at checkout is your reference for refunds and exchanges.
